This endeavor is deeply inspired by motherhood, blessed with two amazing girls a decade apart, who have not just been my 'why' but the very reason for my resilience. Sonni Pacheco
As the founder of Sonni & Sense, I intimately understand how it feels to struggle with depression and anxiety. During my first pregnancy, when I was six months along with my daughter Ava, I immersed myself in a sculpture class. What I soon discovered wasn’t just a love for the therapeutic art of sculpting but also the profound healing power of working with my hands in clay—Mother Nature's medium. Through this creative outlet, I found a way to express my emotions and navigate difficult circumstances. Over the past decade, this journey has blossomed into a passion for creating fine art, with each piece carrying the essence of my personal growth and artistic evolution. Through my creations, I've had the privilege of connecting with clients who resonate deeply with the stories and emotions embedded within each sculpture.
As I embarked on the journey of motherhood for the second time, while carrying my daughter Wylder, I felt a profound desire to expand the reach of my art and make it accessible to a broader audience. I envisioned a venture that would not only reflect my passion for sculpture, personal growth, and nature’s healing power but also offer pieces that are more affordable without sacrificing quality or artistry.
Sonni & Sense was born from this vision—a space where art meets accessibility, and nature merges with healing. Inspired by my two daughters, who have been my guiding light throughout this journey, I’m thrilled to expand my creative medium into wax, crafting one-of-a-kind sculptural candles with the same love and intention that have always fueled my work.
